At Gorgeous Girls Beauty Lounge, we value your time and ours, which is why we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling process. For any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows, a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining balance will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and ensures that our team's time is respected. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we offer one complimentary reschedule after a cancellation. However, if a client cancels after rescheduling once, full payment for the service will be due at the time of booking the next appointment. Please note that if payment is not received within 30 minutes of booking, we reserve the right to release the appointment slot. To facilitate payment, we accept card payments, Zelle, and Venmo. If a card is not on file for charging the full payment, we kindly ask that payment is made promptly through one of these methods to secure the appointment. Please be aware that booking deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation timing, as they are designed to hold your requested appointment time in our schedule.
